Six stages, always in this order, because each depends on the one before. The photographs follow one of our roofs through them.

Inspect
We get up on the roof and check the tiles, the ridge capping, the valleys and the flashings, then tell you plainly what it needs. The inspection and the quote are free.

Pressure clean
The whole roof is pressure cleaned to take off dirt, moss, lichen and anything loose, so what goes on next has a clean surface to hold.

Repair
Broken tiles are replaced, and valleys or flashings where they have failed, so leaks are dealt with before anything is coated.
Another job: failed bedding under the ridge. -
Rebed and repoint
Ridge capping is rebedded where it has come loose, then repointed, so the ridge line is sound.

Prime
A coat of primer goes on the clean, repaired roof, ready for the paint.
Another job: the white primer going on. -
Two coats
Two coats of UV-resistant roof paint are sprayed on. The site is left tidy, and you get photos of the roof before and after.

With the roof clean and sound, the coating goes on. UV-resistant coatings protect the roof against the weather and change the look of the whole house.

Problems we find are dealt with before the roof is coated. Clients have had valleys replaced and leaks fixed as part of their restoration.
